About Me

Hello! My name is Clarinda and I am a graphic designer from Ohio. I just recently graduated and obtained my bachelors degree in design. Due to bad economy I've been stuck working uncreative and unsatisfying jobs and I had to find a creative outlet.

I opened Perfect Fit Crochet in June of 2009 to help preserve my sanity. I've always been very interested in crafts and crafting, but Etsy really opened my eyes to the world of handmade.

While in college I became interested in crochet and knit. I wanted to learn how to make my own hats and scarves for friends, family and myself! My college room mate taught me the basic single crochet and I taught myself from there.

Since starting Perfect Fit Crochet I've really found myself as an artist. I really love making cute items that you couldn't find in stores. I hand craft all of my items and use my own patterns.
